Well Hey There Again!

Just a reminder that you are receiving an increased number of non-consecutive emails from me for the month of December only. The normal frequency of the newsletters will resume in the month of January 2015 (on the first Monday of every month).

Thank you for allowing me to expose you to the best of my fitness friends, and colleagues.

Day 5 - Guess Who?

Hi there! It's me, Velma, your CleanZine host ;o)

I find that all exercise goes to hell for most of my clients around this time of year, and shortly after that, so do their eating habits. If you add to that the excuses for them to not eat properly ie: I don't have the time, I have family staying with me (I don't know what this has to do with anything either, but I hear it), I have a birthday coming up (again I don't know what this has to do with anything), etc, etc, etc, and unfortunately more etc.

All of this creates more stress because you've added additional challenge on top of an already challenging situation (holidays + bad eating + not exercising + out of your routine). This is the time of year you want to stay active because of increased stress load of all these combined things. With increased stress load you've left yourself defenseless because of poor eating and not exercising.

I'm offering a band aid solution to your temporary problem. (Well, I'd prefer you continue to exercise and eat as well as you can because you have so many opportunities), but since you may likely be still thinking of why you can't, I have a temporary solution to help you relax.

Below you will find a podcast I've created of 8 blissful minutes geared towards helping you relax. All you need is 8 minutes and a quiet spot. Do it for yourself to help relieve a little bit of tension. It's well worth your time ;o)
