Taking a Break From Exercise
I hear people talk about taking a break from exercise all the time. I think it's totally warranted and by all means, I think you should. Doing this successfully takes some forethought and planning in order to benefit in the long run. Sometimes it's may be as easy as trying something different to cure boredom. I know people think I live in "fitnessland" and it's easy for me to stay motivated, but the truth is, it's work like anything else that's worth having. You have to fool yourself into keeping it fresh and staying motivated. Personally I find it motivating to know that people will be there waiting for me. I really don't call for subs, so your workout is usually mine too.
Here are a few other tips to keep you motivated when you're all in a slump and feel that you just can't go on another day.
