Chili - simplified

3 Servings

15oz can black beans
15oz can diced tomatoes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp minced garlic
crushed red pepper - to taste

3 Single serving containers of 2% cottage cheese

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and heat in a medium sauce pan, just until hot. Divide into 3 servings. Mix one of the single serving containers of cottage cheese with one serving of the bean and tomato mixture. Eat. Be amazed at how good it tastes. (I was.)
