Clean Eating Recipes

Clean Eating recipes requires choosing the best options for food available to you. By 'best' options I'm referring to the quality of that food. You must choose food that is the least processed available - or as close to nature as possible to qualify as supportive nutrition: 

If it flies in the air, swims in the sea, roams the earth, falls from a tree, or grows out of the ground, it's yours.  If not, put it back.

This generally means things that do not have labels and are the way God intended them to be eaten. If it has anything added to it or the original state of the food has been changed, this does not qualify as supportive nutrition.

These recipes expects that you start with ingredients that have as little processing as possible.  This will ensure that the recipes will come out full of flavor and keep you interested in the lifestyle.
