Group Personal Training

Single sessions are one time only with no commitment for future sessions. A series of sessions reoccur on some regular basis which can be as little as once per month or as often as three times per week. Committing to a series offers a reduced rate per session. A retainer is required equal to one session paid in advance.

Sessions can include circuit training, sports specific training, post rehabilitation exercises, functional training and more.

All workouts are designed to maximize results.
