I have been around the block when it comes to trainers. I can promise you , Velma is the real deal. She’s educated and knows physiology. Sometimes people think that good trainers equals hours upon hours in the gym. Alas, that does not equate to knowledge. She offers modifications when she’s teaching. She’s a big proponent of  protecting our joints. But if an attendee is “ feeling frisky “ she allows for that too. She knows technique, offers corrections in order  to avoid injury. Velma is fun, working out with her doesn’t seem like work ❤️
