With over 37 years in fitness, she’s helped women at every stage of life — from executives to athletes to those navigating menopause, rediscover their energy, confidence, and vitality through strength training that meets them where they are.
Velma’s signature style blends science, soul, and humor. Every workout includes both standing and chair-based options. She’s trained everyone from cancer survivors to elite athletes, holds certifications in Exercise Science, Performance Enhancement, & Yoga and has been recognized as a Lululemon Ambassador and ExerciseTV’s best cardio instructor.
